    Travel situation in Egypt?

Does anybody have any news on the latest with regard to travel safety in Egypt? It seems that most of the unrest is centred around Cairo at the moment but does anybody have any experience of trouble around the Red Sea resorts such as Sharm-el-Sheikh?

Even though the current situation for tourism in Egypt is not as favorable as it used to be but still lets hope that everything will be normal soon and tourist areas are still safe.

I wouldn't advice anyone to travel to Egypt right now (sounds like I am giving a travel advisory tihihi). Anyways, with the whole commotion and political turmoil that is going on in Egypt, you must really love the place to go there.

The US Department of State recently issued a warning not to travel to Egypt. All non-emergency personnel were told to get out. I have an ex-husband who is from Egypt and although he wanted to go to Cairo for Eid, he said it was just too risky. My advice is to wait a while and let everyone settle down and form a steady government. If you do end up going, please try my favorite food, Koshari. So delicious!

In these regions its fair to have things in an appropriate manner and in the same way new jersey to niagara falls bus tour is quite a thing with a certain approach which brings an effect and helpful outcome that needs to be growing for the learning experiences we see and handling the terms would be very appealing for the best possible way.

Some areas of Egypt are deemed as no-go areas for tourists while others are classified as being safe. There is no FCO advice against travel to Cairo, Alexandria, the tourist areas along the Nile river (including Luxor, Qina, Aswan, Abu Simbel and the Valley of the Kings) and the Red Sea resorts of Sharm el Sheikh and Hurghada.
