Photographs – Not Allowed while you are on travel.

It shocking to know and here i wanna share with all my travel friends. There are many places where a traveller is not allowed to capture views in his camera. Yeah that truth you spend money to travel far away form your home could view the scenery, could spend time but can't click. One of them is Eiffel tower, Shocking right!! Yeah a traveller is not allowed to capture its night views, before you guys say that to me you had seen numbers of times, just read this.

Did you know that you are NOT allowed to publish night time photos of the Eiffel Tower? That’s correct; you can take numerous daytime shots, and publish them on your social media platforms and your website, but you cannot publish night shots without permission. This is because of the Eiffel Tower light show makes this iconic structure a work of art. As a work of art, it has different copyright rules. Yes, I have taken and published these night time photographs because I was unaware of this regulation.
The Société d’Exploitation de la Tour Eiffel, who manage the Eiffel Tower, states. “Daytime views from the Eiffel Tower are rights-free. However, its various illuminations are subject to author’s rights as well as brand rights. Usage of these images is subject to prior request from the Société d’Exploitation de la Tour Eiffel.”

Tylor, I think It si really a bad decision by the authorities there to ban the selfies at the Eiffel Tower on the night view. Eiffel Tower is one of the most iconic sights around the globe where tourists love to come but they can just make the selfies at day-time not at the night time. In fact, The people can't post their selfies at Eiffel Tower on the social media without the permission of authorities. If they did then they have to pay for it. The reason being this big scene is the art show which is presented at the Eiffel Tower at night by the name of "Eiffel Tower light show" to appear the iconic architecture of the tower in front of people. In short, No one is able to capture the Eiffel Tower Illumination in his camera due to regulations.

Oh really guys that's really sad or me Actually I am crazy for this place and especially love to explore the charm of this place at night time. IU like its evening and night views and always make a move to Paris due to this place but now, this time, I think I should explore another point of interest for my next visit. Anyhow have you any idea what was the reason behind this regulation?

Yeah, Feri, I agree with you. It is really a sad act to stop the people from making selfies at the Eiffel tower at night. If you wanna know the reason than I have already mentioned that in my above post. The reason behind this regulation is night event which held at the Eiffel Tower by the authorities and people can see that after getting tickets.

It is really bad to know about the restriction of taking selfies around the Eiffel Tower at the night time. I was planning to explore this landmark after finishing my la to grand canyon tour and now sad to hear that I cannot capture its night views.
