I would say Spain is one of the most promising place for having a best summer gateway. But it could be a best summer vacation too as it has a variety of places to see. For me it is a best place because of it's Ski Resorts. Sierra Nevada is one of the best place to enjoy you best winter vacations. Excellent resort and National park to enjoy fun there in winters

City of Arts and Sciences, Valencia is a science museum that grabs my attention. This is a perfect place where I think travelers should go with kids and so sure this will help them to increase their knowledge. It's open to the public, Saturday, Friday, and Sunday from 10:00 Am to 07:00 PM and on other days will open Monday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6;00 PM.

Spain is a home of mesmerizing architectural creations. Famous for many monuments like The Alhambra. These are the top listed ones to have fun. It is located in Granada and if you go there you must see the Courtyard of the Lions, its palaces and gardens. And my second favorite is Burgos Cathedral, a very beautiful and famous place to visit. I am sure if you choose to visit this place you will not regret it.
