    Right for Tourists

What are the rights of the tourists regarding the tourism and cultural heritage? What about the other things like healthcare, transportation and orientation? Does Italy's rights of tourists differ from the rights of other countries? If yes, then in what ways?

Italy is a most attractive place for tourism. You know about the Rule and Regulation of Traveling. When you travel in Italy must having (European Health Insurance Card or a provisional replacement certificate). You must have knowledge about destination, Transport and service when you used. You must have documents, visas, healthcare and currency.

You are right alike! The provisional replacement certificate is must while you travel to Italy. Personal documents and visas are most important when you go to another country. Without these things government did not allow you to cross the border because it considered illegal.

    Re: Right for Tourists

When traveling to a foreign country, tourists vacationing in Italy may encounter problems if they are not familiar with the laws and regulations safeguarding their rights regarding travel, reception and hospitality.

Having the right information at hand is always a good idea particularly information about your rights as a tourist in Italy. Some of them are below:-

Information about tourism in Italy tourist services and sites of interest are provided by the Italian National Agency for Tourism - ENIT, by the Regions and by the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano, by Tourist Information and Reception Offices (IAT).

For information on animals, protected species, arms, cultural goods and medicines, consult the Charter for Travel Customs and the Italian Customs and Monopolies Agency.

For Currency exchange/transfer equal to or more than €10,000, a declaration from Italian Customs is required.

This is a very basic thing and i believe that having correct ideas of the way it all goes ahead has to be there and keeping rights positive helps it all for sure. What you have maintained helps it all for sure and keeps things on a very sensible approach for us.
