    Hi Sarah!

What kind of tips are you looking for? Frida Kahlo's museum is also know as the ''blue house'', it's a really picturesque place to visit. It's an amazing place and I'm sure you will not regret your visit there! This museum used to be frida's home, but her husband diego rivera decided to make it a museum after frida died. It's a very big place, by the way; there are a lot things to see there.

Thanks! I'm specifically looking for tips on when to go; like what days/times. And if you have gone on an organized tour or just hailed a taxi from city center.

This museum is open all week long, excepting for sundays, if I recall well. One thing you must have when you visit this place, is that you're not supposed to take pictures of the place or the things you see there - You need to pay for a permit to do that first! I've never bought the permit, but some friends have and they say the permit is even more expensive than the entrance fee! This is something to be mindful of when you visit this place.

I'd also recommend you to go on a tour, that way you can know more about the story of this place and Frida. I heard there is a new exhibition; a lot new things have been added to the collection, incluiding: frida kahlo's dresses, corsets, paintings and many things you might find interesting.
