    Anyone used InterRail?

This seems like the best way to get around Europe. Just buy one card and you can go anywhere your visa allows. Is it really that simply or are there additional fees or other catches involved?

If it is that simple I will definitely consider it

    Re: Anyone used InterRail?

I have experience with Interrailing Europe. It really is a great experience! People usually say that it's too expensive, at first I thought about it that way too (I'm a budget traveler) but I think it's THE BEST way to see Europe if you can afford. Before summer there are discounts on all passess! If you're free at that time I recommend you to start your trip then. In developed countries such as UK, France, Germany... you'll have to make a reservation for a train you'd like to take. However, there are reservation fees and the cost depends on the country. The best part is that you can take night trains so you can sleep there, which saves you a lot of money. You'll still need a place to take a shower etc. which you can find on Couchsurfing. You can check reservation fees on Interrail website.
