    Cebu facific or Philippine's Airlines?

Which one is better to fly with, Cebu facific or Philippine's Airlines?

I have heard some bad reviews on customers' service about Cebu pacific but looking on Philippine's Airlines, the price is kind a more expensive than the latter. However, when it comes to safety and reliability which one do you recommend more?

If you are on a tight budget when traveling, Cebu is the better option. I was able to visit Singapore thrice for that matter. But beware, they do not pay much when you loss you luggage, unless you have it ensured.

Cebu Pacific fares is less expensive compared to Philippine Airlines. But my Korean husband always prefer Philippine Airlines when we are traveling back and forth in the Philippines and Korea even it is too expensive because for us we feel safe in their Airlines and we had experienced it many times..

Cebu Pacific isn't really as bad as people say. I have traveled both with Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines and didn't see much difference. Cebu Pacific perks are cheaper airfare, in-flight games and travel light options (which means they can give you discounts if you can keep your baggage under a certain weight. I don't want to give a particular figure as they may have changed it. Check with their website if you want to know). On the other hand with Philippine Airlines, flights tend to be smoother (in my experience), lines at the airport are faster, and the planes I've ridden had much more comfortable seats compared to Cebu Pacific. So I guess both have their own merits and it really just depends on what your main concern is, whether you prioritize budget or comfort.

I would choose either. They both have pros and cons. With Philippine Airlines, it's probably better for international flights to feel safe. It isn't necessarily more expensive because at times, it's cheaper compared to CebuPac. PAL also serves snacks even if it's just a 1-hour flight. For Cebu Pacific, their service is good too, except no snacks. They just have more promo fares. CebuPac tends to have more bad press though, due to their recent accidents along the runway. With regard to their cheap fares, it's probably for their international flights only. And besides, PAL has the PALexpress to compete with the low fares.

It was my first time to utilize Philippine Airlines. It was better compared to the budget airline Cebu Pacific. Regarding the meals, you have to choose either Beef and Chicken, but the dessert they need to get better more because it's like a left-over. The FA's provide good to excellent customer and hospitality service. They assist well the passengers all throughout the flight. All in all it was good service for a budget airline.
