Thread: Best HoneyMoon Cities In Spain

Please tell me which cities are rated best for a newly married couple where there is not to many people but which is lovely and really good. If any body know more than one city then please tell me the names of each of these so that i can do some more research before i plan for this honeymoon vacation.

Not many people depends a bit on the season. Most of the south is going to be much busier in summer than the rest of the year, for example.

For me it would be granada or cordova That's just my opinion tho... I've been dreaming of going there for a really long time, but I might be able to finally do it once I get married I've talked about this on this forum, I'm actually looking to visit some really interesting place for my honeymoon, that includes those places in Spain and also visiting haunted places in England If you would like a really interesting honeymoon, you could try something similar

Oh, Cordoba is gorgeous. Like most of Andalucia it has a rich history and sights from its Roman, Moorish, and Christian eras, plus the natural beauty of the river Guadalquivir.

Just avoid it in May, the Cruces de Mayo are the big festival there, and while it's great, it is very crowded.

Barcelona, Madrid, Sierra Nevada...

Barcelona, definitely. I would recommend flying into Madrid so you can get a feel for the capital, and visit the Palace and i think this city has specially for the honeymoon period mostly visitor come into this city to enjoy the honeymoon...

I would like to recommend you the Madrid which is the best one,according to various point of view.Madrid is the home if nice and most famous tourist's attractions.I have been there my before my visit to camping banff national park tour.Madrid is the capital of Spain and a largest city.I have visited theses attractions and enjoyed there with my family.

In my experience Barcelona is the best place for honey moon.
Couple are really enjoy this place of there honeymoon.

Spain is all over the beautiful places. I would like to share some great place for honeymoon in my experience. I think Couple is enjoying in these places. These places are:
• Mallorca
• Madrid
• Barcelona

Well, if you want to visit Madrid and Barcelona these will realistically take 10 days to visit with perhaps a daytrip or 2 from both. Note: it will be quite warm in Madrid and probably humid in Barcelona during late July/early August. Madrid & Barcelona would make a nice 10 day trip though - fly open jaw so you're not backtracking.

Another idea would be to focus on one area and do a mix of city and country/beach. For example you could visit Barcelona and then head to the coast and perhaps to some of the smaller cities.

I think you really need to get a general book on Spain and see what interests you the most. You'll get many different opinions on this forum - none being wrong, just all different!

According to my point of view Barcelona is an ideal destination for honeymoon celebration. I have been visited this destination many years ago but I have again plan to go there once in my life.
