List of the best and highest rated museums of Turkey. If possible can someone please add a review on the top most rated museum illustrating the compound, architecture and views of the museum so that i have a better idea of which place to choose among them?

There are numerous museums in Turkey and almost all the cities have museums situated. The best museums of Turkey include Istanbul Museum of Turkish and Islamic Art, Ankara Anatolian Civilizations Museum, Topkapi Palace Museum and Istanbul Archaeology Museum.

It depends on what your interests are. Here are few museums which could be of interest to you:

Adana Archaeological Museum - In Adana.
Gaziantep Museum of Archaeology - In Gazinatep.
Great Palace Mosaic Museum - In Istanbul.
İzmir Art and Sculpture Museum - In Izmir.

There are too many to list here but as I mentioned, choosing the museum to visit would depend on your interests. If you like art, history and so on, you'll find them all.

I think Turkish and Islamic Arts Museum is the best museum to learn about history of Islam and Turkey. Istanbul Archaeology Museums is also a worth visiting museum in Turkey. I used to visit both museums in my recent turkey tour. Both are amazing!

Adana Archaeological Museum a most famous tourist destination of the world. I have been there about few months ago with my friends during my holidays. I had an awesome experience there and had a lots of fun there through different activities that tourist can enjoy there. I captured few images of this museum in my camera. It is an ideal destination for history lovers. I would love to go there again and again.

Guy! No doubt Turkey is the most beautiful and most famous country all over the world. Turkey's destinations are so wonderful and gorgeous for tourism. I agree with my Yes, I visited many times in turkey and Now I have a plan to visit again in my winter vacation with my friends. Turkey as many attractions, but I like Its Ahmad mosque it is known as the blue mosque in Istanbul. I really love this colour and structure.

Isaac, I have no idea about the winter places in Turkey but I will say you had shared really great names of destinations where we can enjoy this season. I have noted all of them and I will make a plan to go there in this season. I will first go in Antalya. I hope I will enjoy there a lot and will come back with great memories.

Turkey is home of the great destinations for having some fun there. My father have been visited the place after his niagara falls bus tours from nyc and had a great time there. i am so sure that this is going to be a great way of fun for sure. I will personally say that Personification Museum is a good and mind blowing place for having some fun there. I have been visited there personally.
