Stateline and Parumph, Nevada. Little Vegas!

When you cross into Nevada from California, there is a group of small towns before you get to Las Vegas. Smaller casinos and venues and it is a little less hectic. Has anyone gone and what did you think?

You mean like Laughlin and Search Light and out that way? I'm not sure they'd qualify as 'little Vegas' so much as extremely, super-micro-mini-Vegas(ish). Lol, the entire atmosphere is different and it's not just the vast difference in size and population. Still, I'm not interested in Vegas AT ALL, so if I had to choose between one of those I'd choose more towards the smaller places.

That would be Laughlin. My parents really like it there and say it is much better than Vegas. It's a really toned down compared to Vegas.

Actually Laughlin is a bit south of where I was asking, but it too is a smaller casino area. I double checked the city names and Whiskey Petes, Cactus Kates, Buffalo Bills and Primm Valley are listed in Jean, Nevada or Primm, Nevada. I know the towns are very small but I think it is closer to Searchlight. The group I was thinking are off the 1 15. Thanks for the feedback and I see some do like the smaller venue.

Hyrrin, I am feeling very bad to tell you that I have never explored this destination in my life, but my brother has explored this destination last year with his college friends. He shared his experience with me and told that was a wonderful exoprience for him and he have a great experience there because the beauty of this destination grabbed their attraction towards them. He also suggested me to travel this place in his vacations.
