Have you been to Pike's Peak?

Pike's Peak is a pretty famous mountain in Colorado. It really is a huge and cool mountain, tho I can't believe they race on that road going up the mountain! We drove up to the top years ago and in July there was a little bit of snow left on top of the mountain. It was about 80 degrees at the bottom of the mountain but it is so tall that there was a little bit of snow hanging around on top.

It is a site to see if you are going to be going to the Colorado area! They do races on the mountain too, but there is a twisting and turning road that cars can drive on to climb to the top. Hikers hike up the mountain also which I am sure has to be a big challenge. It is a mountain that is 14,110 feet high.

We drove up the mountain instead of hiking and there were no guardrails on the long road that twisted up the mountain. Tho now I heard it is paved, when we went it was a dirt road still. Have you ever been to Pike's Peak?

I haven't but would love to experience it in future. Basically if we see in general 2 days niagara falls tours from new york is one of those concepts that provides us a lot and also if we get to have ideas regarding these things i am sure there can be a lot for it.

amery, I have never tried this place ever, but it seems a good one for the travelers. I think that being a traveler this will be the great kind of opportunity for me to visit that place. I'm just so sure that it will be an amazing time for me if i'll be there again and that will be a different and a good time for me to explore some new and good.

Adventured up the mountain and it was a great way to spend an afternoon. Lovely sights all the way up with a couple that are truly phenomenal. Don't expect to race up this hill, there's a strict 25-30 mph speed limit all the way up. Once at the top, don't be shocked if you're a little dizzy, air is thin! The gift shop at the summit is nice. Do get one of their fresh donuts! I had one and it was perfect! Ever-so-slight crunch on the outside and nice and soft inside. Also, bring a coat. It gets cold once the trees disappear.
