Which U.S. state do you yearn to visit the most?

As the title suggests, which U.S. state tops your list of visiting that you have yet to go before. I've been to many States already since I have traveled extensively coast to coast through my road trips but the one state I would love to visit is Hawaii. I've seen pictures of it and it just looks so beautiful with the volcanoes and beaches. It just seems to be a perfect vacation if you just want to relax and to not have a care in the world. Too bad it's always so expensive though but one day I will make sure I end up going if it's the last thing I do!

I love nature so I guess Northern California and Washington State would be two of the states that I yearn to visit. I dream of visiting the Redwood forests. Hawaii is one of my other dream destinations. I do not know if I would ever have the time (or the budget) to go on these dream trips but I'm keeping my fingers crossed and being very hopeful!

I would love to spend time in Colorado and Hawaii. I love being outside in nature, or being at a beach. I currently live in the Midwest, so I could definitely use the change of scenery. Northern California sounds lovely as well. I might have to take Brian up on that tip. The Redwood Forests would definitely be a wonderful sight to behold.

I have yet to go to California and that really bums me out...it just seems like there's an astounding variety of things to see and do there. I know it's hardly original but I'm also dying to go to Hawaii at some point and take a million pictures .

I would love to have a Honeymoon in Hawaii. I have never been there, but like the writer of this thread I have seen pictures of its beauty. I love getting to see the beauty this world has. If I never get to go to Hawaii my next place I would like to visit is Nevada more for 1 town than the whole state. I want to go to Vegas. My Fiance has been to both places already, but I think if he was to return somewhere it would be Vegas over Hawaii. Good luck to us all in getting to our wanted destinations.

As for the Redwood Forrest, I can honestly tell *BrianWolfe* that I was very amazed by the magnitude of just 1 tree much more so by the whole Forrest. I felt like a little midget in a giants land. Simply breathtaking. I would recommend going there if that is what you would like to see.

    Most Lovely State

I would like to visit Texas, Portland and Delaware as I have friends there who I would love to visit, catch up and have a look around those states. New York certainly wouldn't go a amiss as it looks an amazing place to visit as well as the northern states with breathtaking forests

The only states I've visited are Nevada (Vegas), Arizona and California and although I enjoyed them, I would like to stay a lil longer just to make the most of it.

You could spend a month in Texas and probably never see it all.

This is more true than you know. I lived in 3 different locations and still haven't seen everything there is to see in Texas. There is every kind of landscape types to see and explore. From the trees in the East to the Desert in the West. Rolling plains, Flat lands, and mountains, a very beautiful State in my opinion. I would love to move back there one day.

I guess Texas, I was born there, but I never got to live there long enough. I like to visit my relatives living over there at least once a year It's a great place, full of memories for me, because I used to stay there for months with my granmam until she died. I had the best childhood ever when I was living over there.

I want to visit colorado and hawaii. I love beaches so I think Hawaii will be a great place to see. I love natures too so Colorado is also in my list. My brother and I love traveling. We both want to go to hawaii. It just so happen that the last time we planned to visit, something came up. Hopefully we can go there next year.

    Most Beautiful States

I think Hawaii is a place I'd love to see, just because it seems like the atmosphere and scenery would be so different in comparison to the rest of the US. If not there, then I'd like to see Alaska for the same reason. I'm not a big fan of the cold though, so I imagine I'd enjoy Hawaii more...

I've only ever been to California and Nevada in the US. By the way, I didn't find California to be ALL THAT that everyone says it is. So don't get too upset if you've never been there, it's not out of the world awesome..... at least to me it wasn't.
I think the state I would like to visit the most right now is Texas! I love everything about it, and I think I would enjoy to get to know it more.

If you had asked me 6 months ago, I would have said Alaska! I was able to visit there this summer and it was amazing! I have been to all of the states that I was excited to visit: New York, Hawaii, Florida. I live in California, so I have seen everything it has to offer. I guess my choice at this point would be to visit Washington D.C. I haven't been there yet.

I live in Portland, which I think it is quite a nice place to live. The only drawback is that Portland is getting busier than it used to be. There are a lot of people move to Portland from other states.

    Must Visit States Of America

California! I really really want to go to San Diego because it hosts the yearly Comic Con. That's my top priority at the moment. I'd also like to visit LA because of Hollywood. Apart from that, I'm not super keen on anywhere, but we'll see!

I would really like to visit Montana. The pictures of that state are stunning. I doubt that it's really a place that I would like to spend huge amounts of time in, but I can imagine going to Montana to slow down and relax every once in a while. The open spaces there seem like they might inspire the same wonder in me that early American settlers and explorers were possessed with. Montana is the 4th largest state, but there's only a little over a million people there. It would be nice to visit a part of this country that retains its original beauty and isn't covered in concrete everywhere.

American icons, such as the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, and Times Square, are just a few of the attractions to see in New York City, America's most populous and most popular city.
